The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Brother of deceased Sanju Devi alleged that on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry Mital Yadav, husband of Sanju Devi and her father-in-law killed her and disposed of her dead body.

It is submitted that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The informant made his statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. in which he materially contradicted the statement on the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31470 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 basis of which the F.I.R. was lodged.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Jehanabad in connection with Pali P.S.
