2. Application for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for their willful disobedience of the order dated 01.05.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6806 of 2016 whereby this Court has disposed off the writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to approach before the District Magistrate, Arwal with a fresh representation for redressal of his grievance.

3. The claim of the petitioner was duly considered by

Patna High Court MJC No.190 of 2019(2) dt.24-01-2025 2/2 the District Magistrate, Arwal and the same has been turned down, the copy of which has also been placed on record vide Annexure A to the show cause affidavit.

4. Learned Advocate for the State referring to the averments made in the show cause affidavit has submitted that the order of this Court has already been complied with in its letter and spirit.

5. In view of the submissions advanced and the averments made in the show cause affidavit, the present contempt petition stands dismissed.
