The petitioner being the husband is in custody since 01.01.2015 in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 122 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the I.P.C. and 3⁄4 of the D. P. Act. Considering the nature of allegations, the date of marriage and the manner of occurrence as detailed in the F.I.R., I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 122 of 2013, pending in the court of the learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Arrah.
