In the present case, the petitioner has claimed return of the security money for the financial year 2011-12 as well as transportation bill for the period February, 2012 to March, 2012 and
Patna High Court CWJC No.6553 of 2017 dt.29-06-2017 from May, 2012 to August, 2012 as the petitioner has worked as Transport and Handling Agent in the district Lakhisarai. Let the petitioner should file a detailed representation before the respondent no.5, the Deputy Chief of Claim, Bihar State Food and Civil Supply Corporation who will consider the grievance of the petitioner and take a decision in accordance with law. If the petitioner files a representation to the aforesaid authority, he will be obliged to give a hearing, only thereafter, he will pass a reasoned order and if the authority arrives to a finding that certain amount is payable to the petitioner, it goes without saying that the B.S.F.C. will release the said amount within a period of three months after the decision of the Authority.
With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
