Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is named in the first information report and according to the prosecution case itself, alleged occurrence took place in the year 2007 but the petitioner could be remanded in this case on 10.12.2015.

No doubt, general allegation of committing murder has been attributed against the petitioner and others and some of the accused persons have already been granted privilege of bail but the petitioner carries criminal antecedent of near about 16 cases and, therefore, taking his previous conduct as well as facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Bakhatiyarpur P.S. Case no.
