Patna High Court CWJC No.8274 of 2017(3) dt.16-04-2025 2/2 Land Tribunal, Bihar, Patna in BLT case No.943 of 2015 by which the said member was pleased to allow the case of respondent 3rd sets and claim of the petition rejected."

3. On the last occasion on 25.11.2024, upon call, there was no representation when the matter was taken up by the Co-ordinate Bench. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for non prosecution.
