JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 17-06-2019 A statement has been made in paragraph 8 of the writ application that the petitioner has already represented before the District Magistrate-cum-Secretary Selection Committee, Public Distribution System, Kaimur, but nothing has been done in the matter so far.

Learned counsel for the State submits that, in the given facts and circumstances of the case, the District Magistrate, Kaimur would be the competent authority to look into the grievance of the petitioner, consider the same and pass an appropriate order thereon after hearing all concerned. In the given facts of the case, this writ application is

Patna High Court CWJC No.2687 of 2019(2) dt.17-06-2019 2/2 being disposed off with a direction to the District Magistrate, Kaimur (respondent no.2) to consider the grievance of the petitioner as contained in letter dated 26.11.2018 (Annexure-5 to the writ application) within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The respondent no.2 shall pass an order on the representation of the petitioner, however, in case it is the opinion of the District Magistrate that the order is likely to affect the private respondent no.6, she will also be given an opportunity of hearing.
