The petitioner seeks bail in Katihar (M) P.S. Case No. 137/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in confessional statement of Kamal Yadav and Hareram Choudhary. The petitioner was arrested on 25.02.2015 and he is not put on Test Identification Parade as yet.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Katihar (M) P.S. Case No. 137/2013.
