Petitioners are not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, petitioner in Cr. Misc. no. 44134/2014 was arrested and made his confessional statement naming the petitioners of Cr. Misc. no. 26318/2014.
It appears from perusal of the case diary as well as submissions of the parties that except the above stated confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioners, there is nothing against them.
Petitioners are in jail custody since long but up till now, they have not been put on test identification parade. Accordingly, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in Dumariaghat P.S. Case no. 107/2013.
