The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that except the confessional statement there is nothing against the petitioner. The sim which has been used in the present crime stood in the name of other person. Moreover, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 21.02.2016. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16339 of 2016 (2) dt.22-04-2016 each to the satisfaction of Mrs. Ritu Kumari, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 49 of 2016.
