The petitioner is challenging the order dated 20.02.2017, contained in Memo No.23 (Annexure 1), by which he has been transferred in pursuance of a complaint made against him that he had been arbitrarily withheld in a School despite the order of transfer dated 02.09.2006, contained in Memo No.1011, issued by the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Patna Division, Patna. By the aforesaid order, the petitioner has been directed to be relieved with immediate effect.
