JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-02-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shankarpur P. S. Case No. 163/2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/34 and 364 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution case is that accused Md. Kaleem has physical relationship with the Bhabhi of the informant, due to which, she became pregnant, thereafter, she was taken by Md. Kaleem for medical treatment, but she did not return her home. So far this petitioner is concerned, it is alleged that in the Panchayati, he has threatened the informant and also abused her. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the above, there is no other allegation. He is in custody for three months. He is ready to co-operate in the trial. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.6350 of 2020(2) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I,, Madhepura, in connection with Shankarpur P. S. Case No. 163/2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
