JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-04-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 506, 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant was going to school when this petitioner along with Ranjeet Rai and Arjun Raut used to tease her since last several months. On protest being raised, the accused persons threatened her. On 28.11.2015 the three aforesaid accused persons along with 4-5 unknown came to the house of informant and put towel on her mouth and tried to take her away on a motor cycle but due to arrival of villagers she was saved. They also abused her.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18447 of 2016 (2) dt.29-04-2016 2/2 that for the occurrence of 28.11.2015 the FIR was registered on 14.12.2015 and at earlier point of time the petitioner's side lodged Runnisaidpur P.S case No. 619 of 2015 against the family members of the informant. Statement has been in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 628 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
