The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 326(a), 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner alongwith two other co-accused persons are alleged to have caused burn injury on the back and buttock of the informant by throwing acid.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the injuries have been found to be simple in nature by the doctor. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since since 14.06.2021 i.e. near about one year.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 327 of 2021.
