JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned for the State.

The petitioner is languishing in custody since 13.03.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 25 (1-B) a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act. From the possession of the petitioner five live cartridges and a mobile were recovered.

Considering that the investigation is already concluded, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Anil Kumar Thakur, J.M.1st Class, Danapur in Shahpur P.S. Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26234 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 2/2 No. 30 of 2015.

Since the petitioner is accused in two other cases, the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner in case the petitioner defaults on two consecutive occasions or substantially gets involved in some serious nature of offence.
