At the relevant time, the petitioner was not getting salary for the reason that Managing Committee was nonfunctional. Now, it is admitted by the petitioner that the Managing Committee has been constituted and it is functional and, as such, there is no difficulty in counter signing the Bill of the petitioner for payment.
Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with a
Patna High Court CWJC No.24472 of 2018(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 direction to the District Education Officer, Banka to take steps for ensuring payment of salary at the earliest after submission of Bill duly counter signed by the Managing Committee of the school, in question.
