2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Deoria P.S. Case No. 98 of 2021 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 15.06.2021 by the informant, Om Prakash Kumar.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant, manager of a finance company alleged that after collecting Rs. 1,08,389/- he proceeded to the branch after putting the same in the dicky of the motorcycle when the accused persons caught hold of him and later went away with the amount.

4. One Deepak Sahni was apprehended and he named this petitioner.

5. The petitioner is having criminal antecedent of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7464 of 2024(2) dt.17-02-2024 2/2 same nature and in that background, he does not deserve anticipatory bail.

6. However, if he surrenders within four weeks from today, the Court shall consider the fact that his name has come in the confessional statement and pass an appropriate order preferably within the same day.
