That this is an application praying for issuance of writ/writs mandamus or appropriate in nature for directing and commanding to the respondents to remove the encroachment from the land of the petitioners which was given by the
Patna High Court CWJC No.8935 of 2017(2) dt.18-04-2023 2/2 Bihar Bhodan Yag Committee to their ancestors in year 1955 which has been illegally and forcibly taken in possession by the private respondents and they are cultivating over the land also they have sold the soil of the land to the NTPC when ever the learned D.C.L.R. Barh, DistrictPatna has passed order in Land Dispute Case No. 12/2014 on 23.12.2014 and directed to remove the encroachment from the land but till the date it is in illegal possession of the private respondents."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances.
Liberty so sought is granted.
The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
