Barh, DistrictPatna has passed order in Land Dispute Case No. 12/2014 on 23.12.2014 and directed to remove the encroachment from the land but till the date it is in illegal possession of the private respondents."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances.

Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
