JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-05-2023 Heard Mr. Manish, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr. Jai Prabhat Kishore, learned AC to learned SC-13 appearing on behalf of the State and Mrs. Ritika Rani, learned counsel for the Accountant General, Bihar.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that during the pendency of the present writ petition the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

3. In the interest of justice, this Court finds that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1424 of 2023(2) dt.04-05-2023 2/2 petitioner, if so advised, may represent before the concerned authority if any other dues remains to be paid.

4. The representation of the petitioner, in case it is filed, is required to be adjudicated within six weeks from the date of filing of the representation and if it is found that any admissible retiral dues still required to be paid, the same should be paid within a further period of three weeks.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
