JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Police got information that some persons were unloading goods from a truck and the same were being loaded on another truck. Petitioners were caught on the spot and disclosed that they were drivers of the aforesaid trucks. The contention on behalf of the petitioners is that the petitioners were got unloaded the goods from the truck at the direction of owners of the trucks and they had nothing to do with the goods.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16067 of 2016 (2) dt.21-04-2016 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna city, Patna, in connection with Agamkuan P.S.Case No. 73 of 2016.
