JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 31-07-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the parties.
This Public Interest Litigation has been filed making grievance that an old building has been demolished in the area in question and a building for establishment of an Anganwari Centre is being constructed even though there are two Anganwari Centres in the same area.
Patna High Court CWJC No.9099 of 2017 dt.31-07-2017 2/2 Be that as it may, the question of construction of an Anganwari Centre after demolishing a building is governed by the policy decision and administrative decision by the Government. We are not inclined to go into the matter at the instance of the petitioner. The appeal is dismissed.
