The petitioner seeks bail in Garkha P.S. Case No. 179 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that 26 persons including the petitioner came to her house with arms and started searching her husband for killing and while her husband was going to his Sasural all the accused persons assaulted him with bricks, stones and lathi and killed him on the spot.

It is submitted that omnibus and general allegation is made against all the 26 persons, out of which 14 persons have granted bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3780/2015 and Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25425 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 No. 5127/2014. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing.

Learned Additional P.P. did not dispute the facts. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 179 of 2013.
