Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ application may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move before the competent authority under Section 3G (5) of the National Highway Act, 1956. If the petitioner files an application under Section 3G (5) of the National Highway Act, 1956 before the competent authority, he is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of filing of the application in accordance with law.
