The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Supaul Mahila P.S. Case No. 20 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 448, 323, 354(B), 379, 380, 307, 509, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for the same occurrence two F.I.Rs. Were lodged, one before Supaul Mahila Police Station and other before the Supaul Police Station as Supaul P.S. case no. 284 of 2019 and the petitioners have

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7001 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 been granted anticipatory bail in Supaul P.S. case no. 284 of 2019.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioners named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul Mahila P.S. Case No. 20 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
