JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of three cases but no specific overt act has been attributed against him. It is simply stated that he was also present at the place of occurrence at the time of commission of murder of the deceased. Accordingly, above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa ( Sadar) P.S. No. 689 of 2014.
