JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Near about 160 meters covered cable wire are said to have been stolen and, after that, the first information report was lodged against unknown person on 23.01.2015. Furthermore, on the same day, near about 80 hand long uncovered cable wire were recovered from the roof of the petitioner.
Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the seized cable wire does not appear to be stolen property of the present case and, moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 24.01.2016 Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18952 of 2016 (2) dt.04-05-2016 2/2 jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with N.T.P.C. P.S. Case No. 02 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. No.266 of 2016.
