The petitioner is in custody since 7.11.2014 in connection with Jokihat P.S.Case No.362 of 2014 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R, and the informant stated that her husband was not inimical to anybody, his name has been brought into the present case only because certain reference have been made in the supervision note alleging that the petitioner had altercation with the husband of the informant.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner Taiyab alias Md. Taiyab be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs/10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S.Case No.362 of 2014.
