Though the petitioner is an accused in a criminal case registered for offence under Section 307 I.P.C., besides other offences of the Indian Penal Code as also under other laws, but an attempt has been made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner to conceal the material fact in order to mislead this Court, as in paragraph-1 of the bail petition he has not mentioned at all about the offence under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, which is the major offence alleged to have been committed by the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid concealment of fact, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No. 25 of 2014, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Vaishali is rejected. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a fresh bail petition after disclosing full facts and furnishing all the relevant documents.
