Though, the roster in the 1st half of this Court is of anticipatory bail but due to mistake committed by listing and stamp reporting sections by labeling the petition as anticipatory bail the matter has been listed in the 1st half. Let this fact brought to the notice of concerned Joint Registrars. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 14.02.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of snatching earring in running train, subsequently earring was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion, the accusation has been levelled. A statement

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25532 of 2015 (2) dt.01-07-2015 2/2 has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Kiul in connection with G.R.P./Jhajha P.S.
