The petitioner is in custody in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case No. 27 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 / 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that on search one country made pistol along with six cartridges were recovered. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2019. Considering the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Danapur, Patna in connection with Khagaul P.S.
