Patna High Court MJC No.307 of 2024(4) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 CWJC No.11287 of 2021, has been substantially complied and the representation of the petitioner has also been disposed of by the Principal Secretary, Finance Department, Government of Bihar, contained in Memo No.4155 dated 22.04.2023.

3. In view of the aforesaid information, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.

4. However, if the petitioner is still aggrieved, in any manner, he may avail remedy before appropriate forum, in accordance with law.
