ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 31-08-2016 It appears from the report dated 12.08.2016 that apart from the I.O., all of the witnesses have been examined and the trial of the case is likely to be concluded shortly, as such, the trial court is directed that the present case shall be concluded positively within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order.
It is made clear that the I.O. must be summoned expeditiously after contacting his controlling authority so that there is no further delay in conclusion of the trial. It is also made clear that the case shall then proceed on day to day basis and no adjournment shall be granted to the parties.
With the aforementioned directions, the present application is disposed of.
