Case No. 71 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
Allegation against the petitioner is of subjecting his wife-informant to cruelty and harassment with respect to demand.

Heard learned APP and learned counsel for opposite party No.2, who has also conceded the above fact and submitted that settlement has been reached between the parties.
