In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No.544 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 324, 326, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that the accused persons have surrounded the victim and the present petitioner has pierced the dagger on the belly side of victim. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the Court
