JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-02-2019 The present modification petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 10.10.2018 passed in CWJC no. 8113 of 2018, whereby and whereunder the writ petition was disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to approach the departmental authorities.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have approached the departmental authorities by filing a representation dated 14.02.2018, hence the departmental authorities be directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders.

Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present modification petition is disposed of with minor modification in the order dated 10.10.2018 passed in CWJC no. 8113 of 2018 to the effect that the petitioners shall again file a detailed representation before

Patna High Court MJC No.4966 of 2018(2) dt.27-02-2019 3/3 the Principal Secretary, Department of Education, Bihar, Patna within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be considered by the said Principal Secretary and disposed of within a period eight weeks thereafter by a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law.

The present modification petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
