The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offences punishable under sections 363, 364/364A of the I.P.C The prosecution story, in brief, is that informant's 9 years old child was kidnapped when he was playing near his aunt house.

On behalf of the petitioner it has been submitted that the petitioner is remanded in this case on 22.4.2015. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name appears in course of investigation. It is further submitted that other co-accused have been granted bail by a Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 46162 of 2014 and in other cases.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27073 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner's name has come in course of investigation. In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, VIII, Begusrai in Sessions Trial No. 578/2014/ 204/2015 arising out of Begusrai P.S. Case No. 169 of 2014.
