JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In the present case, petitioner was engaged for collecting garbage on door to door basis and transports the same at a particular assigned place.

The petitioner was allowed the aforesaid work for the period June, 2016 to May, 2017. As per petitioner, Municipal Commissioner was so impressed upon the work of the petitioner without his application the period of contract has been extended up-to August, 2017 which is apparently clear from letter dated 29.5.2017 (Annexure-10) but grievance has been raised that though petitioner has successfully carried out the work which

Patna High Court CWJC No.9495 of 2017 dt.16-08-2017 have been accepted to satisfaction of work is reflected from certificate but remuneration has not been paid to him. In such view of the matter, petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the Municipal Commissioner, Nagar Nigam, Begusarai. If such a representation is filed the Municipal Commissioner will be obliged to look into the matter and make payment of admitted dues within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation. If the Municipal Commissioner arrives to a different findings, in such circumstance, he will be obliged to give notice to the petitioner and after hearing he will pass a reasoned order. With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
