The grievance of the petitioner is that he has not been paid the amount due for the work executed by him for the respondent no. 6.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction that in case the petitioner files a representation within
Patna High Court CWJC No.4628 of 2021 dt.22-12-2021 2/2 two weeks from today before the respondent no. 6, the same shall be decided and disposed off within two weeks thereafter. If any amount is found due to be paid to the petitioner, it shall be paid without further delay.
