JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 590 of 2019 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case 25 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the Banswari and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2019. Considering the fact that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Act, East Champaran, Bettiah in connection with
