2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghorasahan (Jharokhar) P.S. Case No. 395/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and 20(b)(ii)(c) of the NDPS Act. Petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2021.

3. Lastly, on 24.11.2023, prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected. Vide order dated 05.03.2025, a report has been called from the trial Court for which is kept at Flag 'A'.

4. The trial Court report reveals that 14 witnesses have already been examined and one more witness has to be examined.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the accusation, quantity of recovery and the progress of trial, this application for grant of bail is dismissed.
