In this case the petitioner seeks bail in Nawada Town P.S.Case No. 83/2015 instituted for the offences under sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

The police apprehended the petitioner and from his possession one loaded country made pistol and one live cartridge were recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 15.2.2015. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, Vikash Sao, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Nawada Town P.S.Case No. 83/2015.
