Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-385 & 387 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named and his name surfaced in confessional statement of co-accused. It is alleged that it was the petitioner who made the entire planning and demanded extortion money through mobile phone No. 7808097290 which was found in the name of one Manoj Singh in course of investigation. Moreover, it is alleged that the Sim of aforesaid phone was obtained by petitioner by placing forged document. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances
