2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354, 448, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner along with other accused persons, armed with deadly weapons, assaulted informant and his family members due to which they sustained injuries. It is further alleged that petitioner also tried to outrage modesty of the wife of informant, called her daain and took away her gold chain.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner and informant are own brothers and petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that injury sustained by the informant is grievous in nature.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and grievous injury, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
