JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-08-2019 The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 28.11.2018 passed in CWJC No. 7462 of 2016 and it has been prayed that on account of the petitioner being ill, the representation could not be filed in time, hence the period for filing the representation be extended.

The learned counsel for the respondents do not have any objection.

Accordingly, the present modification petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no. 6 i.e. the Principal, L.N.M.S. College, Birpur, District-Supaul within a period of four weeks from today
