2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 123 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 70(1), 115(2), 126(2) & 74 of B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are accused of committing gang rape with the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
