Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to make payment of the dues salary of the petitioner since 2017 till date. The petitioner was posted as Vikash Mitra under the Nagar Panchayat, Muzaffarpur and performing her duty uninterrupted, diligently and satisfactory to the authorities.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he has filed representation to respondent No.2, namely, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4335 of 2020(2) dt.22-03-2024 2/2 Director, Bihar Mahadalit Vikash Mission, Bihar, Patna (as contained in Annexure -5 to the writ petition), but till date no decision has been communicated to the petitioner showing disposal of his representation.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that salary of Vikash Mitra has to be made Bihar Mahadalit Vikash Mission.

In this background, the petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh representation before respondent No.2, namely, the Director, Bihar Mahadalit Vikash Mission, Bihar, Patna within two weeks from today whereupon respondent no.2 after getting the matter enquired pass a reasoned and speaking order with respect to the grievances of the petitioner within 90 days thereafter. The said 90 days shall be counted after the date of end of the general election.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present petition stands disposed off.
