In this case the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Goreakothi P.S. Case No. 177 of 2015 for offence under Section 302, 307 & 324 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of brutal killing of a girl who refused to marry with the boy (the petitioner). The petitioner had one sided love with the deceased girl. He entered into the house of the Informant and committed murder of the daughter of the Informant by repeated stabbing. The petitioner tried to flee from there but the Informant resisted him. The petitioner also caused knife injury on the eyebrow of the Informant.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18467 of 2016 (2) dt.05-05-2016 inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Ravi Kumar is rejected.
