The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No. 221 of 2022 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 353, 354, 332, 427, 379, 504, 506 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village party politics.
