In view of the counter affidavit, wherein the respondents have admitted that certain payments have already been made.

Mr. Arun Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the decision of a co-ordinate Bench of this Court order dated 14.02.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 915 of 2017, the respondents are required to make payment of the entire arrears of salary, as this Court has already decided the entitlement of similarly circumstanced petitioner of C.W.J.C. No. 915 of 2017. Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to extend the similar treatment to

Patna High Court CWJC No.9490 of 2017 (3) dt.16-02-2018 2/2 this petitioner also in the light of the decision of this Court dated 14.02.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 915 of 2017 within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
