2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gangabridge P.S Case No. 207 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, total 480 litres of countrymade liquor was recovered from a Vehicle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, petitioner has got clean antecedent as stated in para-3 of the petition and he is in judicial custody since

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail after framing of the charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 1cum- Additional District and Session Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in the connection with Gangabridge P.S Case No. 207 of 2023.
